The MD110 photometer is a digital water chemical reference value reader that uses high-quality interference filters and long-lasting LED lights without removable parts in a transparent measuring chamber. The result is accurate and fast analysis, being the instrument easy to use, ergonomic design, compact dimensions and shock resistance.
How to use: Turn on the equipment by pressing the ON/OFF key, it will appear on the "METHOD" screen. Select the desired test using the MODE key. Clean the appropriate glass bottle, fill with the water to be tested to the 10 mL mark, close the lid and place the bottle in the test chamber making sure that everything is well aligned. Press the ZERO/TEST key, the "METHOD" symbol will flash for approximately 8 seconds, then "0.0.0" will appear on the screen. After this zero calibration, remove the vial from the test chamber and empty the water leaving a few drops in the vial, add the desired insert, crush with a stick, and refill with water to the 10 mL mark. Shake the instrument until the insert is dissolved and place the vial in the analysis chamber, press the ZERO/TEST key, the "METHOD" symbol will flash for approximately 3 seconds and the results will appear. These instructions apply for free chlorine testing, to test other adjustment values according to the instructions in the manual supplied with the equipment.
